This new way to control blondness is a result of an ODS technology (Oil Delivery System) taken as far as possible, thanks to a perfect lightening neutralization, to get a pure and light blond, all of it, while respecting the well being of scalp and hair.
Who is it for ?
INOA Ultra Blond is for all the women who have at least 30 % of grey hair : blond women who want to have a perfect blond colour, brown-haired women who want blond shades in their hair (highlights, tie & dye, “sunburn” effect,...). you'll have to wait 50 minutes top.
This product is between a coloration that lightens from 2 to 2.5 shades and a hair bleaching that lightens between 7 and 8 shades. Inoa Ultra Blond lightens and colours at the same.
