  • Collection Schwarzkopf Professional - undone glamour plaits

You've been seeing plaits everywhere for a few seasons... The classic plait is not sufficient, you can do fishtails plaits, plaited chignons, cascades of plaits... We chose the 6 ones of the moment !

    Marie Signoret

    1. Street style plait
Bring your whole hair together on a side leaving the lengths falling. Make very loose plaits on the front part to finish behind the hear, fix with a hair tie.
Then dust the whole hair with the Dust-it flex Osis+ by Schwarzkopf and crumple the whole thing with your fingers while moving apart lightly the plait so you can create flat and rumpled volumes. (see step by step)

    2. Messy plait
For a bohemian and chic look, a tousled/styled version plait: Divide the hair in three big strands, make a loose plait.
Tight more and more after. Then, backcomb a few strands on the top.

    3. Plaited chignon
Start to divide the hair: Delimit between the two ears, put aside the hair on the top divided in two parts – on each side of the head.
With the bottom part, make three equal classic plaits. Don't tight them too much and even crumple them for a messy result.
With hairpins, tie the three plaits in a down chignon. Finally, make plaits on the side parts on the top of the head and grip them on the top of the chignon, and make sure to hide the ends of the plaits.

    4. Plait + bun
Put aside two side parts on the front, not too thick. Gather the hair up at the back in a low and loose ponytail. Barely backcomb the ponytail and tie it up in a simple bun with hairpins. Then, take left front hair and make two plaits from the temples. Work with your fingers then put the plaits on the top of the bun – the plaits must run into each other.
Fix hairpins and make sure the ends of the plaits enter in the chignon.

    5. Half ponytail version African plait
Take two strands on each side of your face. Then tie the rest of the hair in a low ponytail in order to do the plait.
Take one strand in the center of the head and from there start an African plait: take a strand on the left, a strand on the right and make a plait then take again a left strand and a right strand, etc. And you finish with a classic plait. Tie it up with a small hair tie, the color of your hair.

    6. The one-side plait
From the top of the head – on the right or on the left as you want – take a strand divided in three parts.
Start to make a plait. The trick is to add just strands from the top of the head for the African plait. Once you pass the ear, you can keep going with a classic plait. Then tie it up with a hair tie, the color of your hair.
