  • Yes, every year we have that same thought: already Christmas ! Time of gifts, chocolates, and amazing suppers. The Christmas songs already resonate in the shops, the decorations are appearing everywhere, and very soon the first Santa Claus will make their appearance here and there.

    And while the children are writing their letters to SANTA CLAUS, the mothers are thinking about their outfits and their hairstyles.
    Some will say: « Yes but the celebrations are not as great as they were. People don't style their air anymore and don't think about their clothes anymore. They spend the celebrations in tracksuit, slippers Mickey, reheat frozen dishes while drinking Coca Cola, they stuff themselves with Mon Chéri and leave at the foot of the plastic Christmas tree gifts without wrapping ordered on the internet ».
    All of that is of course a caricature, even if, we have to admit it, codes haves changed. But as always,, you must ADPAT yourself and be ready right now. That's THE moment !

    Here some tips so that this important period will be a success:

That the best way to attract people and to seduce the clients. That's what we call the mirror effect.
    3. Have a good organization. Indeed, work during the celebrations of the end of the year is more and more concentrated in a reduced period. So, your first challenge is to optimize your organization
    a. Try to ventilate the technical services before the celebrations in order to focus on the shampoos, haircuts and blow dries during the last days before Christmas Eve New year's Eve especially Christmas Eve.

    6. Put in place a bonus to incite your colleague to achieve a turnover objective or a defined productivity for that important period of the year.
