    Fashionable at the moment, Urban Decay, the famous American brand didn’t make a mistake choosing Gwen Stefani as a muse for its new palette, created with the pop diva.  Urban Decay can boast about an American success story selling a “Naked” palette every 5 seconds in the world but we weren’t expecting that the eccentric visionary of the “Nude” makeup collaborates with a star with very a marked beauty look like Gwen Stefani.

    However, as Gwen Stefani shook up the traditional conceptions of the woman role in the musical industry, Urban Decay challenged the beauty market by modifying radically the approach of the color in this sector.

    « When Urban Decay asked me for a collaboration, I immediately thought it would be a perfect marriage », Gwen Stefani remembers. « The way they created their company is very similar to my aesthetic vision and my approach. Everything is focused on the creative personal expression, on the fact to be strong and to not be afraid to move out of the comfort zone. All the persons around me know how much I like makeup. Since I was young, it has been one of my artistic passions. I was even a makeup artist at one point. I love wearing makeup and having so many ways to express myself through it. These are my war paintings. Being able to collaborate with people who understand this concept  and who are as passionate as I am in this field, this is a dream coming true. We created and made products that I actually wear every day. Nothing better. I am obsessed with everything we made and I can't wait to share it”.

    Gwen Stefani is the perfect icon to embody the audacious and funny side of the brand. Executive director of creation and co-founder of the brand, Wende Zomnir spent many hours in Gwen's house talking with her about makeup and working on each detail of the launching of the packaging, the formulation, the colors that the sexy blond singer has always been dreaming about. Fifteen eye shadows with very pigmented colors, winks at Gwen's hits and her personality. Inside, beige shades for a perfect nude make-up, punctuated with more rock touches, black or intense night blue, typical of Gwen Stefani. A beautiful object to offer for the festivities !
