Livecoiffure : For your new collection, what is your source of inspiration ?
Claude Tarantino : Everything is linked to the couture and my provider L’Oréal Professionnel which inspires me and gives me that pleasure of innovation. For a professional, everything is inspiring: a face, a flower, an image…

Livecoiffure : How do you feel the day before a shooting ?
Claude Tarantino : It's like an exam, you always must give the best of yourself. I try to be the best !! A bit of stress but everything goes away during the first seconds. The passion prevails over anxiety.

LC : What are you passionate about regarding the woman beauty ?
CT : The magic side, the fact of passing from dark to light. Every woman is beautiful… you just have to light the flame inside her.

LC : If one of your clients asks you a total change, how do you react ?
CT : This happens a lot !! I ask her discreet and/indiscreet questions. I try, without rushing her, to reveal HER beauty without changing her habits. She expects something and I try to give it to her!

LC : Some persons say that you are a magician, a tall Monsieur of the hairdressing, what do you feel about it?
CT : I don't try to be a magician, I try to do my job with love and inspiration. I like making happy people, put my know-how at the service of my clients. A smile of their part delights me.
Regarding « a tall Monsieur » I am only 1m75… *I'm not humble neither, these little commentaries always make me happy.
